Patricio has built his expertise and knowledge the way good operational excellence engineers do: on the floor, with the people, immersed in the processes—not in a conference room. Throughout his professional career, in both the private and public sectors, across government, banking, telecommunications, technology, and manufacturing institutions in South and North America, he learned that the difference between a good process and an excellent one almost always comes down to discipline and focus, not isolated technological solutions. He founded NOVA QPC to bring that same rigor to organizations across the region, developing teams to find their own root causes rather than simply issuing a diagnostic report
